After years of working with a variety of organizations, we have directed our expertise into the creation of the Kinetix Strategy Methodology, a powerful and comprehensive tool for the strategic planning process.
The Kinetix Strategy Methodology is a strategic planning process that includes three stages:
- Strategy Creation—The thought-provoking phase of the strategic planning process. This is where a strategy is molded and a business plan is created. Rest assured that the Strategy Creation phase does not mean that you will be starting from scratch. Many companies already have strategy or growth plans in place. We will work with you to analyze your organization’s strengths and weaknesses in terms of reaching your goals. Many times this involves some level of modification, not a complete overhaul.
- Strategy Execution—The execution phase of the strategic planning process is often considered to be the most challenging. Your partners at Kinetix Growth Strategies can successfully guide you through this stage using the concise plans that were generated in the Strategy Creation phase. The experience and strategic planning tools that we offer our clients have been used successfully for growth in our own companies for years. We help companies analyze market opportunities within their current customer base and market segments. We help cultivate back-end recurring revenue sales which are typically more profitable and sustainable than front-end sales. We also help build front-end sales to expand the customer base, feed the back-end sales, and create a long-term growth.
- Measurement—The Measurement phase of the Kinetix Strategy Methodology is critical for determining the success of the strategic management process as it provides valuable feedback on the previous two phases. It is during the Measurement phase that you can quickly see where the strategy is producing results and where modifications may need to be made. Unlike other consulting companies that claim to help with the strategic planning process, we take our clients beyond the creation and execution stages and close the loop to the Measurement phase. On the path to success, all strategies will need some level of adjustment. By working with you through all three stages of the strategic planning process, we can provide the assistance to make adjustments along the way.
